Is the price on the builder what I'll pay?
It's an accurate guide. Your digital proof confirms the final price, and there's nothing to pay until you approve it. Volume pricing counts every jacket and gilet across your whole order.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. We send free, returnable plain samples so you can check the fit, feel and quality. Just return it within 14 days.
Embroidery or print — which should I choose?
Embroidery gives a raised, premium finish that lasts the life of the jacket, and it's our go-to for softshells and fleeces. Print suits large back designs and very detailed artwork. We'll recommend the best method on your proof.
My logo file isn't great. Is that a problem?
No. Our in-house design team will redraw and tidy it free of charge, and you'll see exactly how it looks before anything is made.
Can different people have different sizes and names?
Yes. Split sizes per style in the builder and add names or initials line by line. Mix styles, like jackets for site staff and gilets for the office, in one order.
Do you have sustainable options?
Yes. Our eco ranges include recycled softshells and gilets. Look for the Eco tag in the builder.
